30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition — unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In the original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at cs@teergo.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods
Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

EU Customers

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at cs@teergo.com.
